Inspired by Mariya Takeuchi’s song, Plastic Love, and the night life of the ever illuminated Tokyo Japan, this type specimen exists to explore the typeface, Work Sans. The title of the typeface seems a counter-intuitive, as Work Sans holds whimsical curves, and a wide array of weights and styles. This specimen would serve to be printed on vellum paper, and when folded in half, would mimic night life and illuminated signage in Tokyo.
